What Date and Time?
The bird sale is open to buyers at 10:00 am and finishes at 2:00 pm on Sunday 14th July 2019.
No access to the birds is allowed to buyers before or after this time.
Entry to the Trade Area is available from 8:00 am.
A canteen will be available to provide a meal or refreshments.
Car Park Entry Via GATE 1 Closest to the Train Line
Entry for Adults and Children over 12 is $3.00 per person. Children under 12 years are free.
Please purchase your wristband for entry to the sale. Wristbands can be purchased at sale entry.
No Wristband No Entry.
What birds will be at the sale?
There is always a wide variety of birds available from finches, budgies, parrots and cockatoos.
There are many mutations, exotic and native birds.
What trade stands will be at the sale?
There is diverse array of bird accessories, toys, seed, cage boxes, next boxes on display and available for inspection. The trade stands open before the sale commences to purchase all your avicultural requirements.
Some of the trade stands already confirmed for this year include:-
FTC Seed, Yorke Software, Aviculture Accessories and JP Custom Aviaries.
In attendance will be a Dr Michael Cannon from Cannon & Ball Veterinary Surgeons for checking birds and Surgical Sexing.
If you are thinking of buying a bird bring an appropriate (for the bird) carry cage.
Carry cages are available from trader stands on the day if you don't have one.
Seed or other type of food for birds is a good idea.
Some Australian native birds require licenses.
