Trade Information

What Time:

Traders will be able to set up on Saturday 13th July between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm or on Sunday from 6:00 am onward`s. A trade must be in and setup by 7:45 am on the day of the sale.

Trade doors will open at 8:00 am

What is the trade stand cost?

  • Trade stand costs for an trestle table is $40 for the first table & $25 for each table there after. (max 6 tables)

  • ALL trades are required to organise payment for their stands 4 weeks prior to the sale date. Payment is to be via bank transfer. Once payment has been received and cleared, your position at the sale will be secure.

  • PLEASE NOTE: NO PAYMENT CAN BE MADE ON THE DAY OF THE SALE. Any trade that turns up expecting to pay on the day will be refused entry.

  • All payments must be received by Friday 12th June 2019. Late payments will 

  • NOT BE ACCEPTED.

  • Please ensure that ALL PAYMENTS made to the Society by Bank transfer regarding trade table bookings can be clearly identified by the Treasurer as to whom has made the payment.

  • Please download and complete the attached Trader Entry form (located at the top of this page) and send it to the sales organiser with your payment. If you have transferred money via Bank transfer, please just send through your completed Trader Entry form to the address below or via email:

What else do you need?

A copy of your current PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE is required to be presented to the trade organiser by the day of the sale or emailed before the event. The period of cover must include 14th July 2019.

ALL TRADE PLEASE NOTE: If you cannot provide a copy of your PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE, you will be refused entry as a trade to the sale. You cannot trade without it!

 

Can I sell Birds from my trade stand 

Due to the layout of the halls there will be NO SELLING OF BIRDS in trade area they will be required to be bench with all the others

 

Other Information
  • Return your forms and payment early to guarantee your place as a trade stall at our sale. 

(PLEASE NOTE: Trades will be placed around the sale under the direction of the sale organiser. Whilst we work hard to accommodate ALL placement requests we cannot guarantee that these will be able to be fulfilled especially within the new venue.)

  • Please contact the trade organiser one week before the sale to confirm your attendance.
