Terms, Conditions & Extra Fees

Grooming Time - We work one on one with your dog, and they are groomed straight through from start to finish. This will generally take 1 hour, but could be up to 2 hours, depending on your dogs size, coat condition, and type of service provided.
No Call / No Show - 24 hours notice is required if you need to move or cancel your appointment. We reserve the right to charge a 50% fee for any appointments missed without notice, before you will be able to re-book.

Late Drop Off - If you are more than 5 minutes late to drop off, your appointment may be altered or cancelled without notice and a late fee applied. If you are 15 mins late your appointment will be cancelled and a late fee applied. If you are consistently late you will not be given further appointments.

Late Pick Up - Late pick up without advising us may attract a fee.

When we give you a time to collect, please let us know UP FRONT if you cannot be back in time!

Fleas & Matting - Dogs with Fleas or Excessive matting may be subject to an extra charge. If you do not take the proper steps require to maintain your dog's coat in between appointments and they come in matted, a fee of at least $10 will apply AND they will be clipped as short as is necessary to get our clippers underneath the knots. We do not believe in putting dogs through the stress & discomfort of de-matting. If you cannot run a comb through the coat easily, then chances are it is matted. We are more than happy to show you how to best maintain your dog at home, and get them on a regular schedule.
Payments - Payment can be made at drop off or pick up. Failure to produce payment will result in the police being called while we hold your dog. We will not chase you. Non payment is considered theft of service.

To avoid these fees please call or text us. We are not unreasonable! When you do not turn up, we have lost income, and do not have time to fill your appointment slot
